Were looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Facilities Management Lead to oversee daily facility operations and manage related projects. This role combines operational oversight with project coordination and procurement support to ensure a well-run, safe, and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day facility operations, including supplies and services.
- Lead and manage all facility-related projects such as renovations, space planning, and process improvements.
- Maintain records for all purchases, maintenance, and vendor services.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal facility requests and issues.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for upgrades and ongoing maintenance.
- Ensure facility operations comply with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with Finance and Procurement on budget tracking and forecasting.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in facilities management and vendor coordination.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Extremely organized
- Skilled in coordination, negotiation, and cross-team collaboration.
- Familiar with procurement tools or purchasing systems.
- Effective at breaking down high-level needs into clear, actionable steps.
