Scope of Work / Responsibilities
Solution Development

Design, develop, and implement SharePoint solutions, including custom web parts, apps, and workflows.

Build integrations between SharePoint and enterprise systems using APIs, Azure services, and Power Platform.

Develop and customize SharePoint site templates, lists, libraries, and content types.
Technical Leadership & Quality Assurance

Lead a team of developers, reviewing code for quality, performance, and compliance with established standards.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.

Conduct system testing, performance tuning, and optimization.
Support & Maintenance

Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and bug fixes for SharePoint solutions.

Manage upgrades, patches, and migrations from legacy systems.

Ensure adherence to governance, data classification, and security policies.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Work closely with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to refine and validate requirements.

Provide recommendations on best practices, modern SharePoint features, and adoption strategies.

Deliver documentation, user guides, and training as part of knowledge transfer.
