Technical Lead (Techno-Functional Analyst)

Job Mandate

Bridging the gap between business needs and technology product solutions by providing deeper analysis and coming up with necessary requirement

Support in solution design, work closely with other technology counterparts (architects) and align with strategic solutions

Develop test cases, test data and assist in all form of testing (functional, regression, stress and performance)

Where applicable for larger transformations / decommissions support in arriving at proper migration strategy documents including planning necessary dress rehearsal cycles and coordinate with stake holders

Where applicable build necessary training documents and cross train peoples

Work Experience

At least 7+ years of professional experience in driving business/technical requirements in the banking, financial technology or consulting industry

Experience in Avaloq and its functional modules

Understanding of wealth and trust domain is essential

Knowledge Area

Understanding of core business processes and products in the banking industry. Exposure to at least one of the following areas:

Private Banking & Wealth Management: Client lifecycle management, advisory platforms, portfolio management, risk profiling, KYC/AML and regulatory compliance tools

Trusts and Asset Management: Fund Operations, client reporting, portfolio management, compliance and risk tool

Securities Trading and Treasury: Front to back trading workflows, core systems integration, risk and regulatory projects
