About the Role

The organization is seeking a Senior IT Governance Analyst to provide analytical and administrative support for divisional work planning, reporting, and communications. The role ensures alignment of divisional priorities with broader IT and organizational strategies.

The Senior IT Governance Analyst will help enhance the division's ability to deliver its work plan by coordinating cross-functional activities and special initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, cohesion, and teamwork. This role will support divisional leadership and ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Scope of Work / Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and promote effective collaboration across teams.
  • Facilitate status meetings and prepare periodic reports and dashboards on key initiatives.
  • Monitor division resources (budget, skills, and capacity vs. demand) and ensure efficient utilization in line with standard accounting practices.
  • Maintain dashboards for financial tracking and budget-related activities.
  • Prepare annual procurement plans and related documentation; process procurement requests; monitor contracts, including payment milestones; and manage amendments arising from change requests.
  • Gather and analyze data to support workforce management, organizational development, and service delivery initiatives; maintain HR administrative records and support onboarding activities.
  • Coordinate space and logistical requirements with relevant teams.
  • Support the planning and facilitation of divisional activities such as workshops, town halls, knowledge-sharing sessions, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of the division's work plan.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in process improvement, corporate planning, results management, office administration, or similar roles, including at least 2 years of IT procurement experience.
  • Experience with procurement systems (e.g., Coupa) is an advantage.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Knowledge of budgeting principles, financial tracking, and strategy development methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across organizational levels, facilitate meetings, solve problems, and drive consensus.

Reporting and Coordination

  • The role will be part of the division's front office and will work closely with the assigned IT Officer or equivalent supervisor.
  • The analyst may be required to provide additional support services as needed by the team or management.
  • All personnel are expected to comply with organizational standards, policies, and ethical guidelines throughout service delivery.

Work Arrangement

  • Hybrid setup, with onsite reporting required at least three times per week (or more, depending on business needs).
  • Standard working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (local time).
