MEP technician

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Private Maintenance Worker to support a private household. The role requires hands-on technical skills, basic administrative ability, and a polite, professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general household maintenance and repairs.

• Handle plumbing tasks and basic technical fixes.

• Conduct research when needed (suppliers, materials, solutions).
• Maintain records and simple tracking using Excel.
• Ensure maintenance work is completed efficiently and safely.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with household members.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Good English communication skills.
• Proficient in using Excel and basic computer tools.
• Strong research skills.
• Skilled in plumbing and general maintenance work.
• Polite, respectful, and well-presented.
• Engineering background preferred (even if not completed).
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive.
