About the job Ops Manager
This person would be responsible for:
- Managing 4-6 frontline employees
- Conducting 1x1s, delivering performance reviews, organizing/supervising the day-to-day
- Oversight and accountability for Marketing, Accounting and Transaction Coordination deliverables
- Ensuring frontline employees are organized and executing on priorities
- Ensuring work is done accurately, timely and efficiently
- Would work closely with me (COO) to ensure priorities and processes are followed
- Skills needed:
Must be comfortable and proficient operating with Excel
Employee management experience is not required by highly preferred
Must be comfortable and proficient operating with various software (we can train) = Asana (Project Management), Podio (CRM), Slack (Messaging)
Must have excellent written and oral communication
