About the job Ops Manager

This person would be responsible for:

  • Managing 4-6 frontline employees
  • Conducting 1x1s, delivering performance reviews, organizing/supervising the day-to-day
  • Oversight and accountability for Marketing, Accounting and Transaction Coordination deliverables
  • Ensuring frontline employees are organized and executing on priorities
  • Ensuring work is done accurately, timely and efficiently
  • Would work closely with me (COO) to ensure priorities and processes are followed

  • Skills needed:

Must be comfortable and proficient operating with Excel

Employee management experience is not required by highly preferred

Must be comfortable and proficient operating with various software (we can train) = Asana (Project Management), Podio (CRM), Slack (Messaging)

Must have excellent written and oral communication
