Job Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and objective Quality Assurance Agent to evaluate our sales process by thoroughly reviewing lost opportunities. The ideal candidate will analyze each case to determine whether it was properly qualified or disqualified, ensuring accuracy and consistency in our sales assessments. This role requires strong attention to detail, unbiased judgment, and the ability to learn and apply our sales process effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review Lost Opportunities: Conduct thorough evaluations of lost sales opportunities to assess whether they were correctly qualified or disqualified.
- Objective Analysis: Apply unbiased judgment to determine if sales representatives followed the proper qualification process.
- Process Compliance: Ensure all lost opportunities align with defined sales criteria and company standards.
- Document Findings: Accurately record observations, providing clear and actionable feedback to sales leadership.
- Identify Trends: Detect patterns or recurring issues in lost opportunities and suggest improvements to the sales process.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with sales managers and trainers to reinforce best practices and address gaps.
- Maintain Accuracy: Ensure all assessments are data-driven, consistent, and free from personal bias.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess sales interactions objectively.
- MUST have experience as a QA Analyst in the call center industry (Sales preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing sales data.
- Ability to learn and apply complex sales processes and qualification criteria.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting.
- Experience in sales, quality assurance, or process auditing is a plus.
- High level of integrity and impartiality in decision-making.
