A top-notch, energetic but polished professional with a knack for delivering a seamless borrowing experience to our applicants. As one of our leaders of the Operations team, you'll be responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of first time loan applicants alongside our underwriters. As the Borrower Success Associate, you will

- Understand 8Bs loan products inside-out and be able to discuss all product features with applicants and borrowers who reach out to us

- Identify various risk factors through the analysis of applicants pre-qualification applications

- Work within operations and alongside IT to identify areas of improvement in our processes and systems

- Proactively reach out to applicants to help understand their specific situation and help them make beneficial decisions

- Collect, aggregate, and draw insights from information gathered during communication with applicants and borrowers; turn these insights into action plans with the marketing, business development, and executive teams

- Measure and track the impact and effectiveness of marketing channels, synthesize the data, and apply learnings

- Manage multiple business initiatives in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

- Advocate 8Bs unique features to applicants, educating them on how 8B can help them reach their goals

- Deliver an outstanding experience (UX) to our borrowers

- Other tasks as they arise. We are a growing, agile company and analysts may be responsible for other duties as our processes change.
