Quantity Surveyor

A leading property development company in Pafos is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their Engineering and Architectural Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating quantities, costs, and time scales for materials and labor on construction sites managed by the company.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Estimate quantities, costs, and time scales for materials and labor.

• Prepare tender and contract documents.

• Assign work to subcontractors.

• Value completed work, manage budgets, and oversee payments.

• Ensure projects meet legal and quality standards.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying

• Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in similar positions

• Excellent knowledge of English and Greek, both verbal and written

• Good knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to residential and commercial development in Cyprus

• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and MS Office
