Associate Tech Lead - .Net, React & Agentic AI

In this role, you will use our cutting-edge Agentic AI platform to design and implement bespoke Agentic AI solutions that revolutionize our customers' software products.

Responsibilities

• Architect & build scalable solutions for a diverse range of clients.
• Collaborate & consult: Work directly with customers and stakeholders to understand their challenges, define requirements, and translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Implement complex workflows: Design and develop reliable, durable, and resumable workflow processes capable of running for extended periods in distributed production environments.
• Integrate & innovate: Connect systems with various LLMs, third-party APIs, and business logic to create seamless, intelligent systems.
• Lead & mentor (for ATL level): Guide a team of engineers, manage project priorities, and foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
• New technologies and trends: Ability to explore and adapt new technologies in a short period of time.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Excellent communication and client management skills, including direct interaction with international clients.
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure.
• Proficiency in C# / .NET application development.
• Experience working with client-side frameworks such as React.
• Good understanding of system integration development.
• Good understanding of Agentic AI and related ecosystems.

Bonus Points (Highly Desirable)

• Exposure to Microsoft Agent Framework / Semantic Kernel / LangChain
• Experience in workflow management systems - Temporal or similar
• Exposure to Kubernetes, Azure DevOps
