Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and improvement areas.
• Convert business objectives into clear user stories and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with development teams to align requirements with delivery outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through automation or analytics.
• Support Agile practices, including sprint planning and user acceptance testing.
• Maintain structured documentation and ensure traceability throughout the project.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with automation, data analytics, or AI tools is an advantage.
• Awareness of UX principles and user-focused solution design.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in Agile environments (Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps).
• Experience in Agile environments using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.
