TL / STL - Agentic AI Development

Experience:

• 5+ years of software development experience, with a strong emphasis on workflow orchestration and system integrations
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing reliable, long-running workflows or stateful processes in production environments
• Hands-on experience with full-stack development (e.g., JavaScript, React, REST APIs)
• Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS), including container orchestration, and infrastructure management
• Experience leading technical projects or mentoring team members in a collaborative setting

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in building scalable, event-driven systems and microservices architectures
• Ability to implement fault-tolerant, durable, and resumable processes in distributed environments
• Experience integrating LLMs/AI/ML models or complex logic into production workflows
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and messaging systems for state management and communication
• Knowledge of modern development practices, including asynchronous programming, API design, and system observability (e.g., logging, monitoring)
• Having experience on these workflow frameworks would be an added advantage (Temporal , Apache Airflow, AWS Step Functions etc)
• Ability to guide a team, manage priorities, and foster collaboration in a customer-driven environment
• Expertise in architecting scalable, customer-specific solutions to complex technical challenges
• Excellent interpersonal and technical communication skills to work with team members, platform engineers, and customer stakeholders
