Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Help maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Contribute to internal communication and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist in organizing training sessions and company events
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Undergraduate or fresh graduate from a reputed university (preferably in HR, Business Management, or related fields)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with MS Office and digital communication tools
