About the job Creative Communication Designer
This is not an entry-level "make me a graphic" role. We want someone who can understand brand voice, translate strategy into visuals, and craft designs that speak louder than words.

Conceptualize and design creative assets for campaigns, presentations, and digital platforms.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure designs align with business goals.

Maintain brand consistency while experimenting with creative storytelling.

Stay updated with design & communication trends to keep us ahead of the curve.

Timely delivery of high-quality work with minimal revisions.
Skills & Requirements

Strong portfolio that showcases design + communication skills (must).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).

Canva proficiency is preferred but not mandatory were looking for designers who can do more.

Strong conceptual thinking: can pitch ideas, not just execute them.

Excellent visual storytelling and presentation design skills.

Minimum 12 years of relevant experience (agency background is a plus).
