Were hiring a Digital Marketing Associate (Client Services) who will act as the primary coordinator between our clients and internal teams. This is a client-facing coordination role with exposure to digital marketing, designed for those who want to grow into Client Services Executive or Account Manager roles.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

Client Communication & Relationship Management

Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients.

Attend client meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and circulate follow-ups.

Share progress updates, content calendars, and reports with clients.

Project Coordination

Translate client requirements into clear internal tasks.

Maintain trackers, schedules, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.

Coordinate between content, design, and digital teams for smooth execution.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare weekly/monthly reports and ensure 100% accuracy.

Document client requirements, requests, and change logs.

Keep project dashboards and trackers updated.

Digital Marketing Support (Basic)

Assist with campaign briefs, competitor research, and simple reports.

Stay updated on digital trends to support client discussions.

Provide basic input on SEO, social, and content marketing activities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Client Communication: 100% timely responses to client queries.

Meeting Follow-Ups: All meeting notes & action items shared within 24 hours.

Task Delivery: 90%+ deliverables completed on or before deadlines.

Reporting: Weekly/monthly reports delivered with zero errors.
