Were hiring a Digital Marketing Associate (Client Services) who will act as the primary coordinator between our clients and internal teams. This is a client-facing coordination role with exposure to digital marketing, designed for those who want to grow into Client Services Executive or Account Manager roles.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

  1. Client Communication & Relationship Management

    • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients.

    • Attend client meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and circulate follow-ups.

    • Share progress updates, content calendars, and reports with clients.

  2. Project Coordination

    • Translate client requirements into clear internal tasks.

    • Maintain trackers, schedules, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.

    • Coordinate between content, design, and digital teams for smooth execution.

  3. Reporting & Documentation

    • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and ensure 100% accuracy.

    • Document client requirements, requests, and change logs.

    • Keep project dashboards and trackers updated.

  4. Digital Marketing Support (Basic)

    • Assist with campaign briefs, competitor research, and simple reports.

    • Stay updated on digital trends to support client discussions.

    • Provide basic input on SEO, social, and content marketing activities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Client Communication: 100% timely responses to client queries.

  • Meeting Follow-Ups: All meeting notes & action items shared within 24 hours.

  • Task Delivery: 90%+ deliverables completed on or before deadlines.

  • Reporting: Weekly/monthly reports delivered with zero errors.

  • Client Satisfaction: Positive feedback and minimum escalations.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication (verbal & written in English).

  • Strong coordination & follow-up skills with quick turnaround.

  • Ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools & concepts (social, SEO, campaigns).
