Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management. - Knowledge of transportation laws, regulations, and safety standards. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. - Proficient in using fleet management software. - Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions. - Valid driver's license.
