Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Anaplan Model Builder/Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement Anaplan solutions to support incentive compensation management, performance reporting, analytics, planning, and budgeting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Design and develop Anaplan models, applications, and dashboards.
  • Build new models and enhance existing models to ensure integrated and optimized solutions.
  • Maintain and optimize current Anaplan models while continuously improving automation, data integration, and the user experience.
  • Test and debug Anaplan applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
  • Stay up to date with new Anaplan features and proactively propose enhancements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and Data teams, to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Document technical specifications, configurations, and development processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on Anaplan experience, including at least 3 end-to-end implementations for incentive compensation and revenue models.
  • Strong knowledge of financial and enterprise performance management processes (ICM, performance reporting/analytics, planning, budgeting, and forecasting).
  • Demonstrated ability to create integrated, end-to-end solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge and optimize processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Must-Have Skills
  • 5+ years of Anaplan model building experience.
  • Expertise in incentive compensation and revenue modeling.
  • Strong background in financial and enterprise performance management.
