LEAD Generation Specialist Job Description:
Conduct lead generation, prospecting and qualifying potential new clients
Arrange an appointments with decision makers.
Research companies to create strategic communication plans
Proactively schedule calls with perspective clients via phone and email (including cold calling)
Educate prospective clients on the value of the company services
Respond to requests from customers as needed in courteous and professional manner
Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research,
social media, and networking events
Contact and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods
Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects for future reference
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies
Analyze and report on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for
improvement
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for lead generation
Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and clients
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines
Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
Qualifications & Skills:
Inside/telephone sales experience
Strong communications skills
Outgoing and friendly; able to quickly build professional rapport with individuals through
various communications channels such as telephone and email
A minimum of 1 year in a professional selling role in digital marketing.
Sales-oriented and goal-oriented, self-starting and able to work without constant supervision
Proven ability to get results and meet commitments
Ability to work individually and in a team
