Over de baan Freelance Operational Purchasing Support
To support the purchasing department of one of our key clients, we are looking for a Freelance Operational Purchasing Support professional. In this role, you will provide hands-on operational support and contribute to the efficiency and optimisation of purchasing processes.
Your responsibilities

Provide administrative support within the purchasing department

Ensure strict follow-up of the purchasing process and timely creation of purchase orders

Support internal customers and suppliers regarding purchase orders in SAP and the Ariba network
-
Create, modify and manage purchase orders across different purchasing groups in SAP
-
Create and follow up on contracts in SAP
-
Monitor functional mailboxes and ensure smooth communication

Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with the Excellence team to implement optimisations
Your profile

Medior experience or strong interest in logistics or purchasing processes

Solid working knowledge of SAP MM and Microsoft applications

Knowledge of SAP Ariba is considered a strong asset

Strong analytical and organisational skills

Bachelors degree in a technical and/or administrative field, or equivalent experience

Able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders

Proactive, communicative and solution-oriented

Good knowledge of purchasing processes

Team player, autonomous and eager to learn

Ability to identify improvement topics and translate them into business cases together with the Process Owner
-
French or Dutch mother tongue, with good knowledge of the other national language and very good command of English
