Consultant – Talent Analytics

As a Consultant within the Talent Analytics Team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality Compensation & Benefits solutions to a diverse portfolio of local and multinational clients across multiple industries. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end rewards projects, market benchmarking, pay structure design, and HR analytics initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making and contribute to impactful human capital strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of Compensation & Benefits and Rewards projects

  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis

  • Assist in pay structure design, job evaluation, and grading exercises

  • Analyze payroll and HR data to generate actionable insights

  • Prepare client presentations, reports, and dashboards

  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones within tight deadlines

Candidate Profile

Experience

  • Approximately 2 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, Payroll, or broader HR functions

Education

  • MBA (HRM) or Masters degree from a reputable university, preferably with a major in Human Resources

Required Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight timelines

  • Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn

  • Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills

  • High level of commitment and drive for excellence
