NetSuite Finance Trainee:

We are seeking a motivated Finance Trainee / Junior Finance Resource with a strong background in accounting and finance to support NetSuite ERP implementation and financial operations. The candidate will primarily work on finance-related processes within NetSuite while collaborating with functional and technical teams to improve financial controls, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support finance and accounting operations within NetSuite ERP
• Assist in configuring and validating finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting)
• Gather, analyze, and document financial and accounting requirements
• Support system testing, reconciliations, user training, and post-go-live finance activities
• Coordinate with finance and IT teams to streamline accounting workflows and controls
• Assist in month-end, year-end, and reporting-related activities within NetSuite

Qualifications:

• ACCA, CA Inter, or equivalent finance/accounting qualification
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and controls
• Interest in ERP systems with a finance-first mindset (NetSuite exposure is a plus)
• Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Willingness to grow into a techno-functional finance role
