 Job Description:

Position: Public Relations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, strategizing, and executing PR initiatives Develop PR materials (press releases, social media content, media kits, advanced presentations) using Microsoft Suite and Canva 
  • Compile performance reports and maintain PR databases and media lists Coordinate calendars, stakeholder communications, and meeting logistics (Outlook / Teams) 
  • Manage digital assets and ensure organized documentation (SharePoint / OneDrive) Draft communications, monitor project and event timelines, and support ad-hoc PR projects Support campaign planning and execution across digital channels (LinkedIn, email, paid media campaigns) 
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to develop marketing assets (social posts, carousels, landing pages, emailers)

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint), Looker, Canva, and AI tools is a must 
  • 1.5 – 2 years of hands-on use of the above tools Working knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals (social media, content marketing, campaign tracking) Basic understanding of branding, messaging, and audience targeting Strong coordination skills across cross-functional teams (marketing, design, product)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask with attention to detail and work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Capable of working both independently and collaboratively
