Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Technical Head with strong expertise in ABAP development, SAP BTP Integration Suite, and SAP AI/ML technologies. The candidate will design, develop, and integrate intelligent SAP solutions, enabling automation, advanced analytics, and seamless system connectivity across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Development (ABAP)

• Design and develop RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows)
• Advanced ABAP, OOABAP, CDS Views, OData, RAP/Fiori services
• Performance optimization and code reviews
• S/4HANA custom developments and enhancements

SAP Integration Suite (BTP/CPI)

• Design and implement integrations using SAP Integration Suite (CPI)
• Develop iFlows, APIs, adapters (IDoc, SOAP, REST, SFTP, OData)
• API Management and event-driven integrations
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration scenarios
• Integrate SAP with third-party/cloud applications

SAP AI / Intelligent Technologies

• Implement AI/ML use cases using SAP AI Core/AI Launchpad
• Leverage SAP Business AI, SAP Conversational AI, and Intelligent Automation
• Build predictive models and automation solutions
• Integrate AI services with SAP business processes

Solution Design & Architecture

• Lead technical design discussions and architecture reviews
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Ensure best practices, security, and compliance
• Provide technical estimation and planning

Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor junior consultants and developers
• Work closely with functional teams and stakeholders
• Conduct workshops and client demos
• Support deployments and hypercare activities
• Project Execution managing technical design, development, testing (unit/integration), and debugging.
• Quality Assurance: Conducting code reviews, ensuring adherence to standards, and managing performance tuning.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in ABAP, OOABAP, CDS, OData, Fiori
• Hands-on SAP Integration Suite / CPI
• Experience with S/4HANA implementations
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML
• SAP BTP services experience
• Debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
