Job Summary
Abacus is looking for an HR Officer with 1-2 years of experience to support HR operations for its outsourced workforce. The role involves HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, compliance, employee relations, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records for outsourced staff.
- Manage attendance, leave, and timekeeping for deployed employees.
- Prepare HR reports for internal and client review.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate hiring for client projects (temporary, contractual, permanent).
- Conduct interviews and assist in candidate selection.
- Manage onboarding documentation and formalities for outsourced staff.
3. Payroll & Benefits Management
- Support payroll processing for outsourced employees.
- Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and benefits.
- Manage statutory deductions including EOBI, Social Security, and Tax.
4. Compliance & Legal
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and client-specific requirements.
- Assist in audits and inspections related to outsourced workforce.
- Maintain statutory records and support required filings.
5. Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for outsourced employees.
- Handle grievances and escalate when needed.
- Support employee engagement activities for deployed staff.
6. Client Coordination
- Coordinate with client HR teams on workforce planning and issue resolution.
- Share regular updates and HR reports with clients.
- Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of HR operations in an outsourcing environment.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and client handling skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
