Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant - FICO to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Finance & Controlling modules, including GLs, AP, AR, AA, Banks, cost center accounting, profit center accounting, internal orders, product costing, profitability analysis (COPA), and integration with other SAP modules ( PM, MM, SD, PP). The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP FICO solutions to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and requirements related to controlling and management accounting
  • Configure and implement SAP FICO sub-modules, including GLs, AP, AR, AA, Banks, Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (COPA)
  • Integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules (PM, MM, SD, PP, etc.)
  • Provide support for SAP FICO-related issues and enhancements
  • Develop and maintain custom reports using SAP Report Painter
  • Write functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW objects)
  • Conduct system testing, user training, and prepare documentation
  • Collaborate with end users, business analysts, and developers to ensure solution effectiveness
  • Participate in SAP upgrades, migrations, and ongoing system improvements
  • Provide expertise in month-end and year-end closing activities, cost allocations, and reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and implementation
  • Strong knowledge of Financial & Management accounting principles
  • Experience with SAP Public Cloud is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • SAP FI or CO certification
