Inside Sales Executive

 Job Description:

Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Lahore
Contractual: (5 Year - Extendable)

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and mainly outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Conduct research to understand client needs, pain points, and industry trends to tailor sales approaches accordingly.
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate Key Account Manager for further development and closure.
  • Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Sales team Lahore.
  • Actively engage with clients through various channels (phone calls, emails, meetings, etc.) to understand their requirements.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 1-2 years in customer service and business development, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at various levels of seniority.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and report on sales performance.
