Role Overview

You will be responsible for providing remote support during dress rehearsals, go-live, and post-go-live phases, ensuring the F5 infrastructure runs seamlessly across critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Support during dress rehearsals for simulated go-live events
• Troubleshoot and resolve traffic flow issues (VIPs, pools, nodes).

• Modify routing logic and virtual server configurations in real-time.
• Reconfiguring virtual servers in response to environment-specific behaviors
• Verify health monitors, back-end connectivity, and SSL/TLS certificate status.
• Address any connectivity or performance issues across firewalls, APIs, and external systems.
• Provide post-go-live babysitting support to resolve residual issues.
• Adjusting persistence profiles or load balancing methods based on test outcomes.
• Ensuring seamless operation of F5 configurations, addressing real-time issues, and facilitating smooth traffic flow.

The goal is to ensure that during each dress rehearsal, the F5 infrastructure behaves exactly as it is expected to during go-live, and that any unexpected behavior is immediately addressed and documented.
