Industry Preference: Banking, FinTech, Telecom, Consulting, Technology

Role Overview

We are seeking a client-facing Business Analyst to lead discovery sessions, analyze business processes, and translate requirements into structured functional solutions. The role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective digital and cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder engagements

• Gather and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements

• Prepare BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and process flows

• Conduct gap analysis and recommend digital transformation initiatives

• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and cloud teams

• Support Agile delivery, sprint planning, and requirement traceability

• Present findings and solution recommendations to senior stakeholders

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in process mapping and requirements documentation

• Understanding of cloud concepts, APIs, integrations, and security fundamentals

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and requirement/process modeling tools

Preferred

• Experience in Banking, FinTech, Telecom, ERP, or enterprise systems

• Exposure to regulatory environments and API-driven architectures
