Job Title: Business Analyst (Enterprise Applications)

Location: [Islamabad, with expected international travelling ]

Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment, preferably for enterprise-grade projects.

Education: Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Administration with IT or a related field [with HEC attestation].

This role requires an individual with experience in IT Systems requirement gathering, and documentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up workshops/meetings with stakeholders, understanding business needs, doing R&D on benchmarking, translating business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications, and ensuring that implemented solutions meet stakeholder expectations.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirements Specifications (BRS), System Requirements Specifications (SRS), User Interface Documents, Use Cases, User Stories, process flows, and data models.

Collaborate with development and QA teams to design and validate solutions that meet business requirements.

Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum). Familiarity with databases, system architecture, and web technologies is a plus.

Communication Skills: Strong communication skills

Tools: Proficiency with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA), diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Draw.io), and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have):

• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis)
• CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner)
