Abacus Consulting is looking for a driven Technical Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will play a key role in identifying and engaging top tech talent to support our business growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and technical competencies needed.

  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.

  • Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.

  • Manage the recruitment life cycle from sourcing to offer roll-out for technical positions.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Build and nurture a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.

  • Stay informed about tech hiring trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

  • 12 years of experience in technical recruitment, either in-house or at a staffing agency.

  • Familiarity with technical roles (e.g., developers, engineers, DevOps) and relevant sourcing strategies.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Experience with ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
