Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and technical competencies needed.

Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.

Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.

Manage the recruitment life cycle from sourcing to offer roll-out for technical positions.

Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Build and nurture a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.

Stay informed about tech hiring trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

12 years of experience in technical recruitment, either in-house or at a staffing agency.

Familiarity with technical roles (e.g., developers, engineers, DevOps) and relevant sourcing strategies.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Experience with ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
