Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on AI, Cloud, and Data solutions.
- Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms to build a strong client pipeline and manage relationships effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with Abacus offerings.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to design tailored solutions for clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to position Abacus as an innovative leader.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and familiarity with cloud technology tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- A proactive and goal-oriented approach to sales and client engagement.
- US citizens or Green Card holders are preferred.
