Enterprise Technology Solutions Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with an IT background to drive business growth by selling complex enterprise technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, SaaS, cloud platforms, and digital transformation initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, identifying business needs and delivering tailored technology solutions that meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in assigned enterprise accounts or regions.

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events.

  • Understand client business challenges and position appropriate technology solutions (e.g., cloud, ERP, cybersecurity, data analytics, AI, etc.).

  • Lead client meetings, solution presentations, product demos, and proposal development.

  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Technical Consultants, and Product teams to tailor solutions for clients.

  • Manage sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key client executives, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

  • Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or solution selling within the IT/Technology sector.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding enterprise sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise technologies such as cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), cybersecurity, and digital platforms.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

  • Technically astute with the ability to understand and explain complex IT solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
