Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with an IT background to drive business growth by selling complex enterprise technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, SaaS, cloud platforms, and digital transformation initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, identifying business needs and delivering tailored technology solutions that meet their goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in assigned enterprise accounts or regions.

Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events.

Understand client business challenges and position appropriate technology solutions (e.g., cloud, ERP, cybersecurity, data analytics, AI, etc.).

Lead client meetings, solution presentations, product demos, and proposal development.

Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Technical Consultants, and Product teams to tailor solutions for clients.

Manage sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.

Maintain strong relationships with key client executives, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or solution selling within the IT/Technology sector.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding enterprise sales targets.

Strong understanding of enterprise technologies such as cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), cybersecurity, and digital platforms.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Technically astute with the ability to understand and explain complex IT solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
