Inside Sales Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to drive technology product and service sales through inbound and outbound channels. Success in this role requires a proactive attitude, target-driven mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Below are the key responsibilities for the role:
- Identify and develop new leads through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
- Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to generate and qualify leads for the Sales team.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects via LinkedIn, company websites, and other social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Qualify leads generated through marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Engage with prospects via email, phone, and virtual meetings to move them through the sales funnel.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and consistently work towards achieving weekly and monthly targets.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to help refine marketing strategies and improve overall performance
