Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth client research to identify potential leads, understand their needs and challenges, and explore growth opportunities.
  • Manage the client pipeline by developing and nurturing relationships, cultivating prospects, and implementing structured reporting through dashboards.
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team, helping them consistently exceed targets through strategic leadership.
  • Serve as a key resource within the sales team, offering strategic insights, approaches, and practical solutions to overcome challenges and achieve goals.
  • Lead and motivate a team of 56 sales professionals, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with organizational goals and long-term vision.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in IT product sales, with a strong record of developing client relationships, exceeding sales targets, and leading teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
