About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with a strong background in data processing, visualization, and storytelling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You should be comfortable working with large datasets, building compelling narratives through data, and leveraging various programming languages and BI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and usability.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Develop compelling data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and JavaScript-based tools such as D3.js.
• Use programming languages like Python, R, and SQL to manipulate data and automate workflows.
• Identify and communicate key business insights through creative storytelling techniques.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Generate actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker.
• Hands-on experience with D3.js or similar JavaScript-based visualization libraries.
• Strong ability to translate complex datasets into meaningful business insights.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate findings effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in data interpretation.
• Experience with ETL tools such as Apache Airflow, Talend, Informatica, or Alteryx.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data warehouses (Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake).
• Understanding of data governance principles and familiarity with tools like Collibra, Informatica, and Alation.
• Awareness of security best practices including data masking, encryption, and access control.
