 Job Description:

Abacus is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Manager Service Delivery & Digitalization in Lahore.

This role is responsible for overseeing centralized HR operations, driving process automation, and ensuring compliance while enhancing the overall employee experience. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong expertise in HR Shared Services, HRIS, and digital transformation.

  • Oversee HR Shared Services across all business units.
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including payroll, benefits, promotions, transfers, and exits.
  • Lead HRIS administration, reporting, analytics, and automation initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, taxation, social security, and HR governance.
  • Drive process optimization, standardization, and digital transformation to improve efficiency and employee experience.
  • Define and implement Shared Services strategy, governance structures, SLAs, and service catalogues.
  • Oversee daily HR operations ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
  • Establish case resolution systems and HR helpdesk support.
  • Safeguard HR data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance.
  • Deliver dashboards, reports, and workforce insights for decision-making.
  • Streamline workflows, reduce redundancies, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Manage and develop a team of direct reports, ensuring performance and engagement.
  • Implement automation tools (RPA, chatbots, digital workflows) to modernize HR processes.
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, HRBPs, vendors, and regulators for smooth operations.
  • Maintain audit readiness and governance standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • 6-8 years HR experience, including 2-3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.

Skill Set Required

  • Strong expertise in HR Shared Services, HR operations, payroll, and benefits.
  • Advanced knowledge of HRIS, HR analytics, compliance, and project management.
  • Skilled in conflict management, decision-making, leadership, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to drive process automation and digital transformation.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
