Position Overview

Abacus is seeking a highly consultative and technically strong AI Pre-Sales Consultant to drive AI-led transformation engagements across North America, the Caribbean, and LATAM. This role will anchor Abacus AI-Nexus and Agentic AI positioning, working closely with clients to design scalable, API-enabled, GCP-powered AI solutions across industries including Telco, Banking, Public Sector, and Enterprise Digital Platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• - Lead AI maturity assessments and discovery workshops.

• - Define AI transformation roadmaps aligned to measurable business value.

• - Architect AI solutions using Vertex AI, Gemini, BigQuery, Apigee, Cloud Run, and GKE.

• - Design RAG architectures, vector database integrations, and LLM-based systems.

• - Lead POCs from concept to executive-level demonstrations.

• - Develop AI governance and Policy-as-Code frameworks.

• - Lead technical RFP responses including architecture, effort estimation, and commercial inputs.

• - Engage C-level stakeholders and represent Abacus in regional AI forums.

Required Experience

• - 7+ years in Pre-Sales, AI Architecture, or Solution Consulting.

• - Hands-on experience with GCP AI stack (Vertex AI mandatory).

• - Experience with LLM integrations and RAG architectures.

• - Strong understanding of API-led architecture and data platforms.

• - Experience in Telco or Banking preferred.

Preferred Certifications

• - Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer.

• - Google Cloud Professional Architect.

• - TOGAF (Nice to have).

Location & Travel

Must be based in North America or LATAM region with flexibility to travel 20–40% across North America, Caribbean, and LATAM.
