Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Lead with 7–10+ years of experience in SAP Commerce (Hybris) to own the technical health and delivery quality of the Commerce support engagement, set technical standards, and interface with the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Expert-level SAP Commerce architecture, including multi-site/multi-catalog design, extension architecture, upgrade/migration strategy, and platform governance.
• Lead performance tuning at scale, including Solr, cache, database, cluster/cron job distribution, and harden the platform against recurring issues.
• Define the integration and resolution strategy across the Data Hub/CPI landscape and all third-party dependencies.
• General support: own service governance, including SLA/OLA definition and reporting, major incident command, RCA sign-off, release/change management, and continuous improvement and technical assurance to client stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience supporting and developing SAP Commerce (Hybris) applications.
• Expert-level experience with:
• SAP Commerce architecture
• Multi-site and multi-catalog implementations
• Extension architecture
• Platform upgrades and migration strategies
• ServiceLayer architecture
• Solr search and indexing
• Cache management and performance tuning
• Database optimization
• Cluster and Cron Job distribution
• Data Hub and SAP CPI integrations
• OCC REST APIs
• Third-party integrations (SAP ECC/S4, OMS, PIM, Payment Gateways, Tax, CRM)
• Strong understanding of platform governance, release management, change management, and service governance.
• Proven experience leading technical teams, managing major incidents, and engaging with client stakeholders.
• SAP Commerce (Hybris) certification.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience leading enterprise-scale SAP Commerce support engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
