Role Overview
We are seeking a capable and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support business operations across multiple enterprise client engagements.
This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth execution of projects by coordinating between internal teams, maintaining operational structure, and supporting commercial and documentation workflows. The successful candidate will work closely with delivery, sales, and leadership stakeholders to ensure project activities, tracking, and follow-ups are handled in a timely and professional manner.
This position offers strong exposure to large-scale consulting and technology projects and provides a solid foundation for long-term growth within project management and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal delivery and commercial teams to track project milestones and ongoing activities
- Maintain structured trackers for projects, billing stages, contracts, and key deliverables
- Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure actions and dependencies are closed on time
- Support preparation of proposals, reports, and internal presentations
- Maintain accurate project and commercial documentation
- Communicate professionally with customers when required via email and calls
- Identify risks, delays, or missing inputs and escalate appropriately
