Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Maintain candidate database and prepare recruitment reports.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 02 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (internship/freelance experience acceptable).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ATS/job portals is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
