Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Maintain candidate database and prepare recruitment reports.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 02 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (internship/freelance experience acceptable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ATS/job portals is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
