About the job Business Coordinator (1-year contract)
About this Role
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Business Coordinator to own our day-to-day operations and procurement processes. This is primarily an operations role — you'll be the person who makes sure vendors are onboarded, documents are in order, invoices are tracked, and internal processes run without friction.
Beyond core ops, you'll occasionally support other business functions such as coordinating with KOLs or assisting with internal reporting — but these are secondary to your main responsibilities.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career (fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience) who is organized, proactive, and takes pride in getting things done right.
What will you do
Operations & Procurement (Primary Responsibilities)
- Vendor Onboarding & Management: Onboard new vendors — collect and verify required documentation such as company certificates and bank details.
- Financial Coordination: Coordinate with vendors to track invoices and receipts, ensure tax invoices are properly issued after payment, and submit internal expense/reimbursement requests.
- Month-End Support: Support monthly financial processes including billing coordination and accrued expense estimation.
- Data & Compliance: Perform manual data corrections or database patching when required by regulators or due to operational issues. Maintain organized records to support audit and compliance needs.
- MoneyThunder Operational Support:
- Platform & System Operations: Support day-to-day operations for the MoneyThunder platform, ensuring system data alignment, handling operational tasks, and maintaining overall service quality.
- Teleservice Support: Provide proactive teleservice support by contacting and assisting customers to ensure a smooth, seamless experience with our application and services.
Business & Marketing Coordination (Supporting Role)
- KOL Coordination: Coordinate with KOLs as needed — send agreements, collect signed documents, and maintain accurate records.
- Reporting: Prepare and validate periodic performance summaries or incentive reports when required
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through independently.
- Comfortable with Excel and standard business tools.
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Reliable, organized, and proactive — you notice problems before they become fires.
