Position Overview:


We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financial Consultant to implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Financial modules. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of financial systems that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, etc.).
  • Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document financial requirements.
  • Design functional solutions and provide system configurations, setups, and testing support.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis, functional design, and integration with other Oracle Fusion modules (Procurement, Projects, HCM, SCM).
  • Work on data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
  • Provide end-user training, user manuals, and ongoing support.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards in the system design.
  • Collaborate with technical teams (developers, integration specialists) for custom reports, extensions, and interfaces.
  • Support system upgrades, patching, and performance improvements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for finance-related processes within Oracle Fusion.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as an Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant or in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) with exposure to Fusion.
  • Strong knowledge of core financial modules:
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Fixed Assets (FA)
    • Cash Management (CM)
    • Expense Module
    • Tax
  • Hands-on experience in implementation, support, and upgrade projects.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, ADFDI, Security).
  • Knowledge of financial processes: P2P (Procure-to-Pay), O2C (Order-to-Cash), R2R (Record-to-Report).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Cloud certifications in Financials.
  • Prior consulting experience with Oracle partner is an advantage.
