Tamheer Opportunity - Legal Specialist

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in law or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Good command of English is preferred
• Eligible for the Tamheer Program
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on business operations, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, legal documents, and memoranda to mitigate legal risks.
• Conduct legal research, monitor legislative changes, and prepare legal reports and opinions.
• Support litigation, dispute resolution, and represent the company before judicial and regulatory authorities when required.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external legal counsel to ensure legal compliance and effective risk management.
