Job Purpose:
To lead and execute the company's digital marketing strategy across all online channels, ensuring strong brand presence, effective customer engagement, and measurable business growth. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for performance marketing, content management, digital campaigns, analytics, and optimizing the customer's online journey.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and implement the company's digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals.
- Manage digital campaigns across all platforms including social media, search engines, and display networks.
- Oversee website content, landing pages, and user experience to ensure optimal performance.
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
- Manage paid search (PPC), paid social, retargeting, display, and video campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Track CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and overall campaign profitability.
- Coordinate with agencies or internal teams to improve bidding strategies and maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze digital KPIs including CTR, CPA, conversion rates, impressions, and engagement.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to generate actionable insights.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend optimization strategies.
- Oversee the creation of digital content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Maintain the brand's digital consistency and messaging tone across platforms.
- Coordinate with creative teams to develop high-quality digital assets.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, rankings, and keyword performance.
- Manage SEM campaigns to ensure high-quality leads and conversions.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns targeting segmented audiences.
- Work closely with CRM or CLM teams to support customer lifecycle initiatives.
- Use automation tools to enhance re-engagement, upsell, and retention campaigns.
- Lead digital initiatives such as website upgrades, mobile app improvements, or new digital tools.
- Stay updated on digital trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Evaluate new digital vendors, platforms, and technologies to strengthen digital capabilities.
- Manage and mentor digital marketing specialists, agencies, or freelancers.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to align digital efforts.
- Ensure digital campaigns support business targets and customer experience goals.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.

Experience:
- 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, social media, content management, and digital analytics.
- Experience in the automotive, retail, or consumer products industry is preferred.
