As a HCM/SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be a member of the Digital Competency Group (DCG) Team working on client activities to manage HCM/SuccessFactors Solutions. You perform analyses of HCM/SuccessFactors business requirements, develops solutions, configures, integrates and participates in all stages of the implementation.

- Translate client business to technical business requirements
- Facilitate business process discussions, and participate in solution design, documentation, configuration, test, and end user support.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for processes, policies and procedures through statistical analysis. Continually look for ways to drive SAP best practice processes and procedures.
- Work as a liaison and subject matter expert between technical teams and business owners for quarterly system updates, root cause analysis, and solution recommendations.
- Analyze business cases to measure adherence to standardized practices and data governance standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Technology or related fields
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sucessfactors, HRIS or cloud related HR tools implementation
- Associate Certification will be beneficial
- In-depth knowledge of HCM/SuccessFactors
- Good business knowledge of various HR and Talent management processes
- Basic understanding of change management.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Experience with data migration and data management activities in HCM/SuccessFactors
- Ability to work in a global environment and work on multiple projects at the same time
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Results-oriented with the ability to work both independently and with others
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, rapidly-changing virtual team-oriented environment
- English proficiency both in writing and speaking
