Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting and executing learning initiatives across the organization. This includes managing SAP-related training operations, internal knowledge sharing, certification programs, and employee engagement activities such as orientation and milestone recognition including support L&D administrative & operation. The position will take a more strategic and facilitative role in designing and evaluating learning programs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end process for the responsibility area
- Manage and support all related activities on learning and development and ensure seamless execution of training activities from planning to completion.
- Create, maintain, and update the training record of all employees to be the main database Training Record and Department of Skill Development
- Daily monitor training activities and find the solution if needed to ensure the highest productivity
- Research and recommend internal and external training programs that align with the organizations business objectives and employee needs
- Support the whole range of training activities from end to end to ensure they are as planned
- Prepare related training documents, materials, facilities, and equipment for all related parties
- Create a knowledge-sharing culture in the organization
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders. For the example, Responsible for preparing, coordinate, submitting training documents, and monitor the training to the Department of Skill Development according to the policy
- Compile and analyze training data to support strategic planning.
- Support and organize any related activities to build a culture that aligns with the company's direction
- Perform analysis to assess the quality of data, summarize the results, and prepare reports for the management to make them easy to understand and clear
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Discuss and document requirements with stakeholders
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements within target date
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or Masters Degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of working experience in HR Development function (preferred)
- Experience in handling reporting (preferred)
- Good attitude with a passion in working for to develop people capabilities
- Good communication and writing both Thai and English
- Collaboration skills, strong team-working skills, and working proactively.
- Interpersonal skills and well-organized with service minded.
- Good in packages like Excel to be used for data set analysis and PowerPoint for report creation
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and accuracy, and attention to detail
