Job Summary:
We are seeking a B2B Key Accounts Executive to manage and grow partnerships with kitchen solution companies, interior designers, and kitchen showrooms. The role focuses on supporting partners in completing fully designed kitchens by recommending, supplying, and coordinating suitable home appliances that align with their kitchen concepts, layouts, and client requirements.
The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to key accounts, ensuring smooth coordination from design phase to final installation while driving B2B sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Account Management
- Manage and develop relationships with kitchen solution companies, kitchen studios, and interior design firms
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B key accounts
- Maintain long-term partnerships through regular visits, follow-ups, and business reviews
Sales & Business Development
- Promote the company's home appliances portfolio as part of complete kitchen solutions
- Identify new B2B opportunities within kitchen, real estate, and fit-out projects
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for assigned key accounts
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing offers in coordination with management
Technical & Design Support
- Support kitchen designers by recommending appropriate appliances based on:
- Kitchen layout and design
- Client lifestyle and budget
- Technical specifications and installation requirements
- Coordinate appliance specifications, dimensions, and compatibility with kitchen designs
- Provide product presentations, catalogues, and technical documentation
Project Coordination
- Follow up on projects from design approval to order confirmation and delivery
- Coordinate internally with:
- Sales operations
- Logistics and delivery teams
- Service and installation teams
- Ensure timely delivery and proper installation of appliances
Market & Account Insights
- Monitor competitors offerings within the kitchen solutions market
- Collect feedback from key accounts to improve products, services, and processes
- Maintain accurate CRM records for accounts, projects, and pipelines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales or key account management, preferably in the kitchen or home improvement industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
