Position: Branch Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Sidon, Saida, Lebanon. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage the overall performance of the branch, including sales, customer service, and operations

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability

Monitor and analyze sales and financial reports to identify areas for improvement

Ensure the branch is well-stocked and displays are visually appealing

Train, coach, and motivate branch employees to provide exceptional customer service

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees

Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner

Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Collaborate with other branch managers and company management to share best practices and drive overall company success

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail environment

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing profitability

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software

Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
