Position Title: Financial Planner & Analyst

Job Summary:

The Finance Planner & Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support decision-making within the finance and management teams.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of the AT financial plans and budgets.
  • Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
  • Review the accounts receivables across holding and report back to management
  • Prepare regular financial reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators.
  • Work with operational teams to understand and control costs.
  • Assess the profitability of products, and business units.
  • Provide recommendations for improving overall profitability.
  • Analyze financial trends over time to identify patterns and potential risks.
  • Monitor and analyze cash flow to ensure liquidity and optimal use of funds.
  • Forecast future cash flows and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Assess the financial viability of proposed initiatives and projects.
  • Respond to specific requests for financial information from management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance function.
  • Implement efficiency enhancements in financial analysis processes.
  • Perform all other related duties as required or assigned within the realm of the knowledge, skills and ability

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Bachelor of Finance, Business Administration or related.
  • MA in Accounting, Finance or similar relevant field and data analysis is a plus.
  • Proven experience in the financial industry.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and financial software applications.
  • Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
