Position: Sales Executive (Mkalles Branch)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a passion for building strong relationships with clients. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and their needs

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients

- Negotiate and close sales deals with clients

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities

- Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress towards targets

- Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and its services

- Help customers make the right selections by offering suggestions, alternatives and opinions (upselling & cross-selling).

Qualifications:

- TS or Bachelors Degree in Sales, Marketing or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in the field.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales principles

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
